NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Public Hearings on the modification of the Property Tax Exemption under Real Property Tax Law Sections 459 and 467, for eligible seniors and persons with physical disabilities, the adoption of the Property Tax Exemption under Real Property Tax Law Section 466-a, for eligible volunteer firefighters and ambulance workers, and the modification of the Property Tax Exemption under Real Property Tax Law Section 458-b will be in the Large Group Instruction Room of the Voorheesville Middle/High School in the Village of Voorheesville, New York, on January 8, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
