Kindergarten registration for the 2026-27 school year is officially open. If your child will be five years old on or before Dec. 1, 2026, they are eligible to enroll in kindergarten now. Early registration helps ensure a smooth start to your child’s educational journey and helps the district prepare for incoming students.

Families are also invited to attend Kindergarten Information Night held in the large gymnasium of the elementary school on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 6 p.m. This event will provide an overview of the kindergarten registration and screening process and offer an opportunity to meet VCSD Principal Jeff Vivenzio and ask questions.
