The fifth grade VES Student Council organized a coin drive to support the Epilepsy Foundation.
Over three weeks, all the grade levels at the elementary school competed to see who could donate the most coins to the cause. At the end of each week, student council members helped count the change. The fourth graders donated the most change.
In total, the student council collected $2,311.17 for the Epilepsy Foundation.
