Important: Temporary Change to Faxing Procedures for Student Documents

Due to summer construction at the elementary school, the fax line that usually receives student enrollment and release of records documents sent from parents, guardians and doctor’s offices is unavailable. Until the start of the new school year, all documents that would normally be faxed to the registrar or elementary school office should instead be sent to the high school fax line: 518-765-5547.  This will help ensure important documents are received at the district office without delay.

As an alternative, documents may also be emailed directly to Joanne Murphy.

Additional note: If your elementary school child is receiving services such as a physical examination from a healthcare provider, please notify the provider of the temporary change so they can override any fax information they have stored in their records before they send us the physical form. This only applies to elementary students.
