Congratulations to junior Melissa Travis and sophomore Julieta Gil-Marin for being selected to show artwork at the 2022 annual High School Regional
Voorheesville high school students’ artwork will be displayed at the Albany Center Gallery from March 22- April 22.
Melissa’s “Lilypad” was created in portfolio preparation class.
Julieta’s piece “Distanced Dance” was created in Sculpture 1.
There are 24 districts represented in the regional contest this year. Out of almost 500 works submitted, only 113 were selected.
The 23st Annual High School Regional, a juried exhibition of artwork from Capital Region high school students can be viewed at the Albany Center Gallery 488 Broadway, Suite 107.
