Senior Parade Information

Dear Voorheesville Community,

Without question, this has been another very challenging year for this year’s graduating seniors due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  Last year, in order to show support and recognize our seniors, the Voorheesville community rallied and came together with an organized car parade.  It was a huge success and immensely popular.  Because of this, we would like to again hold a car parade on June 16, 2021 at 6:30 pm within the community to recognize and honor our seniors.

To begin the celebration, senior pictures will be displayed at Hotaling Park and their cars will be decorated with the colors and memorabilia of the colleges they will be attending in the fall and/or their career plans.  And, at approximately 6:30 pm a car parade will begin from the high school campus (see route below).

Finally, we encourage the Voorheesville community to honor our Class of 2021 in town by cheering for the seniors as they drive through, and provide them with support as they move on to the next chapter of their lives.

Thank you for your continued support!
